What is fastest
- A wrong number: tell us the page and what the source actually says. We will correct it and update the observation date on the page.
- A dead link: tell us the page. Source URLs rot, and a link that no longer resolves makes the whole record unverifiable.
- A product we should include: name it and say what published source has the specifications. If we cannot source it, we will say so and explain why it is not in the dataset.
- A complaint about us: describe what happened. If a product page misrepresented something, that is a failure of our method and we will fix the page and tell you we did.
What we cannot take
We do not accept guest posts, we do not publish paid reviews, and we do not return links for a mention. If you are a brand representative and want a correction to a published specification, that is welcome: send the source and we will check it. If you want a placement, we are not able to offer one.
